Would literally take 2 million for Chambers. Shocking player.
I made an article before the game stating we would drop points today
The team selection is way to predictable
If we played a city or Chelsea today we would have been annihilated
Gabriel was quality. Barely put a foot wrong.
Chambers needs a good loan. Championship level. If that doesn't toughen him up, get rid.
It was a good away performance from Liverpool, they sat back and waited for us to make mistakes, as most do.
Regarding Benteke, I was an advocate for his signing a couple of months ago, if we had him 2nd half I think we would have won.

--------------------------------------------
Wouldn't quite go that far. If only to make up the numbers, he's worth keeping for now. And at 20, he has time to become decent. I posted recently that Dier at Spurs (who cost just £4m) has impressed me a lot more and got predictable ridicule for it. I'm ever more convinced.
2) For the Giroud fanboys, did you get a good look at Benteke today? The way he worked the channels getting into space, showed for the ball as a target man to relieve pressure and dominated with his strength at times? Did you contrast that with the statue we had upfront?
Yeah I did....and the guy was poor and not clinical. He gave away the best chance of the game. You really need to forget your bias you clown.
He needs to grow a pair and either drop Ozil or Cazorla they both can't play. The team is so unbalanced it's unreal, it is a bit of out of the box thinking let's play wide players on both sides of the pitch and move Ramsey inside. A bit wacky but it might work and stop playing a lamppost up front.
We have scored two goals in our opening three games. I'm becoming concerned.

I had reservations about his price. For sure, he's a comfortably superior player to our statue.
Benteke is better than Giroud.
His all round game is far more superior and the guy is much younger

Ramsey is the player I would drop. He's too damn sloppy to be starting in our midfield.
They are all sloppy
Sanchez loses 50% of balls
Yeah I did....and the guy was poor and not clinical.

You're a facking buffoon if you think Benteke was poor tonight.
That 9 starts for Gabriel and he's looked very solid in them all.
Think you guys need to take the positives. If this result makes Wenger invest in a striker and a CDM before the window shuts it will benefit Arsenal in the long run. Could do with a CDM ourselves.
1. I am certain you said you were worried by "rash" Gabriel.
2. Benteke was poor. Very poor ball skills.
Thong with Dier is that he's playing game consistently so he's getting better. Chambers is decling as he doesn't get a look in. Should be loaned out IMO.

Wingers are allowed some sloppiness because they take risks. I don't mind much Alexis or Ox giving away the ball. Ramsey clogging up central areas and breaking down several moves with his inaccurate passing is a bigger liability.
CDM signing went out the window when Kondogbia and Morgan signed for other teams. Maybe Wanyaya who I actually rate.
1. I am certain you said you were worried by "rash" Gabriel
----------------------------------------------
No, I was worried by the rash partnership: 2 defenders who love to commit early to the tackle and who have only payed together in a friendly is potentially disastrous. Gabriel playing with Mert gives me no worries. Chambers could play with facking Baresi or Nesta and still look garbage.
Benteke was nothing special, too selfish and was in Gabriel's pocket who was covering both CB position also..Its funny we had the worst defensive performance from one of our CB and yet he barely did anything...Giroud on the other hand was not great but he had his chances and claim for penalty..If he had stayed on with Theo and Ox feeding him crosses and pace..things could have been different.
The person at fault is Wenger from every angle.
benteke was terrible giroud had a better game
both giroud and benteke weren't good, but the latter was more of a nuisance for our back four than the former was for their's.
Should have mentioned Coquelin was immense today as well. He actually seems to be at his best in our bigger games. It's the games against the smaller teams at times when we want a little more from him.
Benteke did far more han Girouod Giroud had a couple of chances but didn't get decent shots in from them and did little else. Benteke was far more mobile and had more of an influence on the game. Personally, given the chance to do a straight swap I'd take Benteke over Giroud.
