just goes to show how strong will be when we get everyone fit, it appears half the championship want to buy our players, so they cant all be that bad.
the good news is all the players being mentioned are under contract, the only one I could see possibly happening would be Hobbs depending of course on whether DF rates him as one of the top 2 centre halves. Would prefer him to stay but that said he is a bit injury prone.

Couple of snippets, Maclaughlin has completed his move to Southend, good luck to him, and another we have been linked with before,!Albert Adomah at Middlesbro' has handed in a transfer request. Doubt we would get a look in on AA, as Boro will almost certainly want to sell. Again in th r realms of fantasy Kevin Nolan has left West Ham, what signing he would be for almost anyone in the Chamionship, or some in the Prem. On the MM bid from Fulham 1.5-2m, they have got to be having a laugh.

Barton off to burnley FOOLS

It's a transfer window and we have interest in a number of players but only ones that are surplus to requirements have left so far. I guess some clubs may be misjudging our embargo position a little bit as well.

Waggy, you mean fools in this sense?

What happened to him?

He was the guy who had a run with Barton on the training group, cigar in eye etc

Apparently we have NOT rejected the Fulham bid, but we would w ant around 2.5M for him. To me even considering selling such a versatile lie player in our position is complete madness. Selling MM to Fulham would be plumbing new depths of lunacy, even for us, it would also kill any respect I have left for DF.

Should read 'versatile' God alone knows where 'lie' came from,

MM is the one centre half I wouldn't sell, unless he put's in a transfer request and for more than that. I would rather off load Wilson to be honest.

We shouldn't be considering but then again we shouldn't be constantly be playing him out of position

Transfer business is a juggling act, easy to say 'I would rather get rid of' but if nobody wants them you are stuck with them.
There are a lot of what if's to consider, MM is an excellent CB, but not that great in the role he is currently being asked to play.
What if selling MM, means we are able to bring in a decent DCM?
What if we would much rather prefer to lose Hobbs to Leeds and are using the Fulham bid to get them to up their offer?

No chance we will let both Hobbs and MM go and I doubt anybody has enquired about Wilson.

Who says he wants out?

As for cash in, we may as well ask for it as a cheque and mount it on the wall. It would do a similar amount of good for the playing squad.

"What if selling MM, means we are able to bring in a decent DCM?"

It won't

I'd agree on Wilson, although any funds are useless the player isn't much better than that so no huge loss

I just hope the last one to leave turns off the lights

Last thing we need is a massive electric bill.....

I would like to keep JH, MM and even MA.

So far we've offloaded McLaughlin.

Maybe we should wait till the window closes before assuming a mass exodus is about to happen.

I'm not personally but funny how many some fans would have sold by now

Selling Mancienne would be short sighted. Hobbs makes a little sense as he hasn't been the same since injury but what's to say he won't umprove with a few months of uninterrupted play under his belt? I wouldn't really want to lose either but then I guess the likes of Riera might get a look in.

I'm not saying it will Ray, I'm just trying to make the point that as fans we think everything is so simple when we know nothing about what is really going on in the background.

What if MM wants out but has been very professional in his conduct?

What if John Percy is full of sh!t(God forbid)?

I think we have three places in the squad even if we sign Taylor as he'll take McLaughlin's place. This is not aimed at anyone in particular but I see some say that we're well stock in certain positions so we could sell. But haven't recent seasons showed that decent cover in some areas are essential? In MM case Dougie seems to be using him everywhere but his best location. But realistically his flexibility would be an asset where we have injuries, I would personally like to see alongside Mills or Hobbs at the back.
