Sounds silly but the scariest moment in entertainment for me was in MGS2 where the Colonel starts going mad and tells you to turn off the console. That really freaked me out as it was playing with my mind rather than just the character. I ended up turning off the console and didn't play the game for months after that as I knew I'd have to go through that bit again.

Playing it alone in the dark in a hotel room may also have had something to do with it...

It all depends on who you are...

As said before I'm a casual gamer. I love big games like TLOU, uncharted, the first 3 batmans...

Just so far I haven't been overly impressed.

But looking forward to MGS5, the division, gta5 (first time round) the uncharted collection, the division and the new pes...

Thats fair enough my friend but still I think there has been a lot of really good stuff for all players.

Have you tried either the witcher or bloodborne? As bloodborne is only hard for the first few hours as you learn the controls - it certainly isnt as hard as dark souls. The witcher as well you have all controls over the level and for me carries a lot of the similar traits to mgs v

Bloodbourne isn't my sort of game tbh! See the trailer, gameplay, not for me I'm afraid.

That will change

Bloodbourne for me, but I haven't played all that much this year. Dark souls games are always brilliant, but then again 2 mins of call of duty type games and I'm in a coma, choose your poison, I guess.

..although I'd add, bloodbourne is hard as hell, even after you learn the controls, part of the charm. In a Sado machistic way.

Had mgs for a couple days now. Good so far but still a bit clunky and lots and lots of travelling on horseback so far. Can't really go exploring due to the military posts on the roads
