Yes, Cellino signs the cheques, but I strongly get the feeling that many won't deal with Cellino on a personal level. Pearson is the front man.

Adam Pearson. World's best babysitter.

It could be argued about this feel good thing that if Derby had won yesterday we could have found ourselves rooting for a new "coach" come Monday/Tuesday!..

The cheque signer don't take to kindly when what he's signed don't work, and coaches seem to pass through Leeds more than buses these days!..

I'll bet nerves were running a little thin and yesterday helped to calm things just a little!.

So, where did Paul Heart go?.....I'm sure he'd be great around here with him knowing the club better then most!..

Was he not mentioned somewhere around here?.

Sold, if you look at most of my predictions they are mostly silly
I'm a supporter of Cellino.

As a card carrying member of the MC club, I believe
Pearson has been huge for us. The baby sitting comment was maybe a bit harsh, but not so sure it's that far off. I also think AP is the reason new money is coming in. Kappa deal was MC's (but Jonny can confirm that). Fact is, MC/AP/Uwe and everyone put in place by MC/AP, are working well together. And as they say, a successful CEO puts people in place who are stars. MC has done that. A season late. But he's still done it.

Yes, Batty, I shared the Kappa news a number of months before it became public and I recall it being before Pearson was in place. Accordingly, it appears most/all credit goes to the Big C for that one.

As for the many positives that have occurred since Pearson arrived, I guess we all have our opinions about that.

For me, at most organizations such as Leeds United not much can happen without owner approval and in this case, I believe it is Pearson getting it to that point.

I agree with many posters that this has now become the most stable and positive time in many years at Leeds United.

Well done to all involved!
