It was daft of people to say they were winnable though, given we're dogshiitt in attack and worse in defence. Those of us who said they weren't winnable were slated for being negative. We won one of the 5 in 90 minutes.

But look at each game in isolation and we should win them, hence they were all winnable. Just because we didn't win them all, doesn't make the prediction daft.

Sturridge is hardly a creative player though. You really need him and coutinho to form a similar partnership to the one he had with beaver.
