I think we are in serious trouble at the moment, Klopp doesn't convince me either, I'm not sure how he would adapt to the City. Would he understand the traditions and what was expected by the fans? Would he cope with the pressure? He's already left Dortmund when the going got really tough.
For me Man Utd made an excellent choice in Van Gaal. There was no obvious replacement for Fergie they just went with a manager who's been around with a proven track record.
I tell you what guys if Mourinho gets any further out of kilter with Chelsea we should be all over him like a rash.

The real problem could be that there isn't actually a suitable replacement for Rodgers. I don't mean that there isn't any out there, I'm saying we may not be able to get them. What I don't want to do is get rid of Rodgers and bring in another manager with 'potential'.
And I'm not saying that Jose is a bad manager, but how the hell has his side gone from champions to where they are now, with the array of talent at his disposal? They're actually worse than us at the moment.

dident watch the game as i was at work..
but brendan has dug himself a hole with this result..
bordeaux away was our shortest EL group stage trip..
Win that, and all your home games and youve qualified, send the kids to the back end of russia so the main team doesnt have a EL hangover.
instead brendan has conspired to fack up two of the easier games, meaning we now have a lot more pressure on those far flung away games.
We may well find it hard to qualify now, without sacrificing points in the league..

Don't you start
I'm sure had we won all 5 you would have been a picture of restraint.

I would of been very happy, as I'm sure you would of. Well, maybe....... Don't think I'd of gone overboard, as they were all games we should be winning. Looking on the bright side, we're unbeaten in five.....
An unbeaten run to remember.
