Klopp does not have the mentality to manage a huge club who demand success now. He even said so himself in other words! He did not want to manage a club expecting titles straight away.
“I’m really very relaxed – but only because I know that is how it goes sometime. I’ll be back to train a team. It must be somewhere in the world that is not an absolute top club, there are other good projects that are exciting who need help.” Klopp said at the International Radio Exhibition (IFA) in Berlin.
He was never going to manage the likes of Real, Barca, Bayern or Utd.

That doesnt really mean much, none of them jobs are available atm anyway..
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course it means something regardless of whether the jobs are available or not.

It means a lot. he does not have the mentality to do it. Means so much. Personally, huge clubs need managers who are confident in their ability to succeed and have a level of arrogance about them. Klopp has still got much to improve. Liverpool are a huge club but more of a sleeping giant and have not been on the top of the game for a while. Klopp is a good fit for l'pool.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So you think that means klopp has no confidence in himself? okay..

Attracting the top players to Liverpool is still an issue that won't change under klopp. He needs to get them into the CL which is unlikely this season even though its early days. I would imagine his remit is to have them back in the CL in next 3 seasons which is a tough ask
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The immediate question (if he does finally sign) is where he's capable of taking this Liverpool squad, but as for attracting the big names, it's pretty fair to say he didn't enjoy that luxury at BvB either, and look where he took them. Atlético are another fine example of how far you can get on comparatively limited funds.
There are other issues too.
Liverpool have been one of the PL's biggest spenders in recent seasons. Has their scattergun approach been due to their inability to attract top names, or have they gone for quantity over quality?
Couldn't Klopp's reputation as one of the most exciting managers in the game, coupled with his achievements at BvB and Liverpool's status as one of the legendary clubs in Europe not help to attract players?

Liverpool are being clever here and getting Klopp before I imagine Chelsea strike. Jose is a dead man walking and they're running out of top coaches they haven't sacked already.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It is a good move for them one wonders why they didn't do it earlier

Because Jose has been getting steadily worse as the season has gone on. IMO Jose will be sacked at some point this season and Klopp would have been a great replacement. Liverpool had to move now and fair play they did it.
Which clubs needs a new manager thats better than us?
None of them, i think hes been hinting at wanting to join us for quite a few months now

You would like to think that but at the end of the day the top players want to be seriously challenging for honours and regular cl football to go with the big salarys and Liverpool even with klopp can't offer that.

Chelsea won't sack Jose. They know he's the best manager in the business. Anyone they replace him with is a step down.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They've already sacked him once, they'll do it again soon enough if results don't improve quickly
Are people aware of who Mainz were before Klopp?

I am. Do I get a Star.
I am also aware of who they are without Klopp.
Will that get me an extra star?
Wouldn't be surprised if Reus was to follow Klopp to Liverpool in the summer.

Liverpool were linked with Reus in the summer, and i said yesterday i wouldnt be shocked to see at least one or 2 Dortmund players arrive at Anfield over the next season or two.
Reus will go to one of Spain's big 2 or Bayern

I dont think he's currently good enough to be fair mate.
He was pretty average last season and has been the same this.
Seems to pick up a lot of injuries too which wont help.
Watched the Bayern V Dortmund game and he wouldnt get in that Bayern 11, and thats with Robben and Ribery injured.
