He can't take it back, he moans immediately if someone does it back to him, the reaction to the little kick by Gabriel shows this.
I like Costa and agree it's all part of the game and to loose these type of characters will be a bad thing, but IMO lots of people get annoyed with him cause he gives it but can't take it back.
Moanino Part 2
Krap person, belongs with the Ch.vs
“Many, many times I get kicked, I get elbowed — that’s part of football. It happens on the pitch but I never complain"
Never complains? He's usually straight up in the refs face once he's finished rolling around trying to get someone sent off.
I do like him though, it's entertaining and if he played for any other team I'm sure they would love him for it.

How about he tries to take responsibility for his actions and rep rather than acting like a victim.
I like Costa. Even having endured him as a rival, I think he's great entertainment. You couldn't have everyone playing like him, but the game does need the odd nutjob and his background story does sort of explain his behaviour.
The only thing I don't think he should be talking about is other people's theatrics. He's well guilty himself, though I do think his are much better comedy value than most.

Whereas your every post exudes style and elegance and generally just speaks wonders of you.
No getting away from it, he a ...but he's our and I love the ugly trog in the team.
I do actually think he’s a decent guy off the pitch, he just gets his battle head on and that’s the way he is on the pitch. There is a great video on Youtube highlighting the battle in the Madrid derby being him, Ramos and Pepe I think and it is just non stop (from all parties) although I think he’s the worst. At one point he gobs in his hand then wipes it on Ramos which. At the end of the match they all make up “it’s football, it’s just football” and leave the pitch together. The flem is a bit much but hey.

Who?
Who acts like a thug every time they pass the white line other than this stinking fackin caveman ?

You're a bit aren't you ?
I understand, you are a typical rival fan, that finds yourself in agreement with the British Media propaganda, simply because it suits your agenda.
It is very easy and lazy to join the The British Media bandwagon. Does this make you correct ? No !! because you know nothing about Costa's personal life to base your judgement upon on his character.
Do some researches and you'll find that Costa In fact he gives back/contributes more to the society than you'll ever give , put that in perspective

He got Gabriel red carded by complaining. Kos on the other hand did nothing after what Costa did to him.

Although the quotes are located quite far apart, I understood that to be in the general context of “we are professionals and what happens on the pitch stays on the pitch."

So are you saying it was alright for Suarez to bite Ivanovic? Suppose you are, after all Suarez is nice guy off the pitch and like Costa said what happens on the pitch stays on the pitch.
