Looking less likely that Ding will win this - really is struggling, missed opening long red by miles.
4-4 fair play to Ding playing that red. I would have played safe lol.
That was a great break in those circumstances. Good to see Ding putting in effort even though he's struggling. A shame both players aren't on their game, but makes for a close match.
Ding just can't seem to get ahead apart from the first frame.
Can't believe Ding refused that brown, especially given the red he took on to make it 4-4 in the previous frame. That just confirms that he's not feeling confident at all.
Wow, that was an unbelievable miss from Bingham. Can Ding hold himself together to force a decider?
Nope, misses long yellow. Surely Bingham must clinch frame and match now
Now Bingham loses position. Both players really struggling to make a clearance. Very tense indeed
Bingham makes it through. Nervy match, but good to watch. Ding needs to find some form from somewhere.
So, I predicted both of yesterday's matches to be 6-4 however, only got the Bingham one correct
kinsang - I usually watch the snooker on my iPad and I can flick between that and this forum on another tab.
What has been Dibg's best performance in s tournament so far this year? He's got three months to sort himself out before the Worlds.
Trump v Maguire now then... 6-5 Judd for me.
Trump leads 2-1 after losing the first frame
Maguire wins 3 on the bounce, 4-4
Was it a good match RKW? Tonight's match looks tough to call - perhaps a fourth 6-4?
Didn't see much of it this afternoon but could easily have been 2-2 at the interval rather than 3-1 Trump.
Hawkins leading 2-1 tonight I see.
2-2 at the interval actually between Hawkins and Perry
I would like to see Perry win the tournament, he deserves a major for the years he has put in
He's been in the top 16 for ages hasn't he? Was just wondering how he's still there actually having not won a tournament for yonks. Players are back.
Perry is just one of those solid players that usually makes last 16, occasionally better, without ever winning much. If you're off your game he'll most likely beat you, but if you're on it you'd fancy beating him. Hawkins maybe has a bit more attacking talent, but is of similar calibre.
Did you see that pink Hawkins potted in the second frame? Perry has won the last three frames however to lead 3-2
The main man is back tomorrow... 👍
