I’d never heard of any of those except IT Crowd which is decent enough and very watchable but not actually that funny.

Ohhh shiiit is about to go down and I blame stringer for this

I've haven't even seen the IT crowns yet.

Oh dear!! It would seem the Matt Berry fan club is behind 3-2, to the WhoDat Army. It’s still early in the game. Still time for the Berrians turn this around, but some say there might be a giant killing on the cards….

Cos the general feeling is, nobody has a clue who this dude is!..

That is also Stringer's fault somehow

Getting back to the topic, I am surprised the show is spending this much time with the Tusken Raiders. I'm a star wars nerd so I love going into the social dynamics of different species but I suspect it could be building up a backstory for them, so people aren't unfamiliar with them, once Obi Wan is released.

Anakins slaughtering of the sand people gets darker after every episode of Boba Fett. I understand that Tuskens will have different tribes and clans and some will be more ruthless than others but the kids too?!

You see, at the time, I’m like,’look Ani, yes what you did was bad, but they killed your mum, so..’
All we ever knew was that they bad uncivilised people.
Then this comes along.
Man, for a sec I thought it was the kid he carried to the fire.
But I’m really liking the slow build. Sure we don’t know all the main players, but I think we get the gist of what’s going on,, the McGuffin would be the fight for supremacy in Tattoine with the gangsters.

But this whole story with the Tusken Raiders.
It’s obviously a big plot point to this show.
If there’s one thing that wrankles me, is that, as character motivation goes, did you ever think Boba Fett would really want to become a crimelord?
Now seeing his time with the Raiders, it’s a bit conflicting ain’t it?.
I think the whole Crimelord thing is a ruse to bring out someone.

So I really enjoyed E2, seeing the twins was great, as was watching the people struggling to carry them the longer the conversation went on

All the Tusken Raider stuff is really good, I enjoyed getting a better insight into them and seeing the smugglers.

As for motivation, all I can think is that he think he can rule in a way where the violence will be far less mindless and he can keep people like the Raiders safer if he's in charge.

Again I just need to stress how happy I am Fav is basically making Legends canon, as it fricking should be. Maybe with all the spiderverse stuff we may get a main stream Luke post Jedi series thing at some point too, and the last 3 films can just be put down to having a lizard in your head!

Well if I had a lIzard in me head the whole time, then it needs to be put down!!
It guided me to see these films. I saw Last Jedi twice!!

Facking thing….

I saw Rise of Skywalker twice. Pity me.

Thankfully the shows are excellent.

Some Star Wars stories are perfect for TV.
Now that Star Trek is slipping, it’s time for Stat Wars to take its place. Trek ruled TV for best part of 50 years…
It’s funny how roles have reversed.
Trek Movies have got better, well for Star Trek anyway. Star Wars not so good.
But in the TV game, Trek is getting left behind.
Even Lost in Space is better than Trek. Ep 2 of BoF was brilliant. It just feels like Star Wars again..
That whole Train sequence was very well done. That Raider is a badass.
Btw, anyone got info on that Wookie?

I think it's clear that this isn't the same ruthless boba from episode 4. He's been through a lot and is now wiser and perhaps he wants to be a crimelord but one that gives back to the people.

I like some of the legends stuff so I am glad that it's being made into canon.

I am happy that Dave Filoni is leading the tv shows. He knows Star Wars inside and out and is basically the Obi Wan to George Lucas Qui Gon Jinn.

Kathleen is Palpatine.

That makes Rian Johnson, Captain Needa.

Just watched episode 2 again.

I love how it feels like star wars but I do hope they visit other planets. How great would it be, if he went back to Kamino.

Going off world also gives us insight into the state of the galaxy. The Empire has just been defeated and the revel alliance have brought hope to many. I'd love to maybe see some X wings flying by, like we did in Mandalorian.

I know some people want to see Jedi but I'd rather they focus on the bounty hunters and Boba.

Also, I need to hear the shadows of the empire soundtrack in this show.

Can't see why it would go off Tatty, tbh. Get enough of that from the Mandy (albeit a few years later).

Interesting to see how the rumoured Han Solo appearance plays out. Will Chewy and the black wookie fight to the death?

Yep. That would be awesome.
What we thinking again, him taking over Jabbas is about what? A year or 2 since Return of the Jedi?
Or less?
Cos that gives the 20 year reign which hasn’t been told.
I’m thinking with Anakin/Hayden back as Vader, I wonder if they thought about a Vader TV show.

Through him and the Emperor we could come up against these new characters that got crushed by the Empire. Does it make for good TV?

I think Boba would certainly go off planet. There are so many planets that they could visit and continue to expand the universe. A visit to Kamino would be great storytelling, as would bespin or coruscant.

If they remain on Tattooine, it will get monotonous for me. There is so much desert that I can see on a weekly basis and then we are getting Obi Wan, which again will be Tattooine based. These TV shows are a fantastic opportunity to explore other planets and cultures in the galaxy.

I do not want to see Han Solo in this. References are fine and I'd take scenes of Empire and the carbonite scene in the flashbacks, but I'd rather they stick with Boba and this mobster feud that he's having to deal with. They need to bring in other Bounty Hunters.
