Sounds like we are the same age. Think we went to Hamleys one time as well.

For reasons i will never understand, i decided to seel all my figures and somw ships to my bro for his kids, the litle cants completely feckin destroyed them 😭

Easily my biggest regret in life.

The only Star Wars action figures I had were Obi Wan, from Phantom Menace and Luke from Empire Strikes Back. I would have gladly handed those in for the highly desired Darth Maul figure.

Me and my gang of 9yr olds, would go into Zodiac toys and steal the figures. I don’t know how they never realised. We got away with murder.
I even walked out with Optimus Prime once
I loved having all Han Solo versions.
But the Hoth versions of the characters were my favourites. Including Snow Troopers.

Not long left until the episode 3 spoiler embargo comes to an end So much Star Wars goodness to discuss.

I got the feeling that Kenobi was so pathetic that Vader didn't find this moment as satisfying as he had played it over in his head repeatedly over the last 10 years. He might also just be enjoying the hunt/tormenting him and be using him as bait to get to more rebels

That was sort of my take - DV saw OB1 was no threat to him and he didn’t want to beat him, he wanted OB1 to suffer as he’s suffered.

Bigger issue for me - why did that woman refer to him as OB1 within ear-shot of Leia ffs!

I liked seeing OB1 get hope from seeing familiar names on the wall, only to be terrified by Vader a few moments later.

Hoping as he heals we get some CW flashbacks, Boba Fett style, then when he's better he's with Quinlan Voss doing a Rocky 3 training montage and then he goes and kicks Vaders behind

Also didn't have a problem with the tunnel scene, not hard to imagine she just came out of the tunnel and went straight to the port, seems like a lot are hung up on it tho

Yeh, that’s how I saw it.

Ok we going straight into ‘Issues’
Well mine were to do with production. Music wasn’t as classic as it should’ve been, with them two meeting for the first time.

Why’s Kenobi bothered about the laser gate. From the bad choice of camera shot, we could see they could’ve easily just gone around it.
And didn’t Vader blow out the first set of flames, but suddenly he’s just standing there.
Was a very cool shot of him though.

Continuity- When the Troopers first went to inspect the bunker, where Ned-8 was, it was daylight.
They leave. And My girl changes from her uniform. It’s all one scene. No cut.
All of a sudden it’s night time!!!
