seen that, done that .... give us more depth to the universe. Jedi can become a bit boring especially if they dont get it spot on. Kinda like Superman.
They are basically gods and way overpower everyone else. Also when it comes to the jedi most know their background and how they end. That makes them far less vulnerable to the viewer and takes away from a lot of the tension.
Random people we know nothing about is where its at.
One of the reasons that Mando did so well was they introduced new characters that most people were not aware of hence their path is unknown.

not for me ... the plot holes just got bigger and bigger as it progressed. The last episode had some damn fine cinematic scenes but some of the worst plot holes of the whole series.
the bit about the shuttle having hyperspeed literally had me laughing at how bad it was and surely showed signs of different writers working on the same script.
It was one of the worst plot holes I have seen for a long time.

easily IMO.
Vader in Rogue One was the Vader I have always wanted to see. a totally ruthless, bad a$$. the way he just walks through the ship slaughtering every single person with ease is something we hadnt really seen up to that point. We knew thats what he was like, he had the background, the music, the costume, the voice but we hadnt actually seen him just go all out and be as ruthless and deadly as we did in Rogue one.
In Rogue One I saw a hugely overpowered evil overlord, walking through a starship full of crew and not miss a step whilst massacring them all.
When he walked through the village in OBI 1 and slaughtered the kid and dad infront of the wife i thought we were getting that again. I was praying he started to drag the two dead bodies through the town asking for OBI 1 at every house, every time he got no answer another kid/father/mother got whipped out their house infront of their loved ones and folded in two until he is dragging 10/12/15 bodies behind him with all the sand trails behind him. Thats the Vader I want to see given proper screen time.
Sadly in OB1 he developed some kinda mental disease and became dumb and forgiving !
Give me some creative freeedom.
I will create the baddest Vader we have seen. One that creates so much trauma within himself it further fuels his hatred and darkside. One that cannot control being a part of the dark side that in turns makes his bond with it stronger.
Id love to see a focus on the mental side of Vader and how he copes with all the turmoil in his head.

Interesting…
So when would you set it. Remember. You’ve just got yer ass handed to you by Kenobi. That’s 10 years before ANH.
And well with all the stories we’ve had up to now, to me it paints the picture that Darth Maul and Dooku were way darker than Vader, who always showed a brief spark of humanity.
He was the most powerful Sith Lord, but was he the darkest?

Dooku and Maul darker? Not sure about that. In my head Dooku is more political than dark; wants power but is prepared to play the long game with Palps. And Maul just wants power and is using Palps just as much as he's being used. Albeit doesn't end that well for him!
I think there have been many moment of Vader I've liked. The strangling of Admirals that failed him in ANH, the calm authority in ESB - love the scene where he just blocks Han's blaster shot and calmly pulls the blaster from him, we would be honoured if you'd join us. Brilliant.
R1 tunnel scene is also great. Personally the Vader I liked most in Kenobi was the fight with Reva. There was this inquisitor in front of him and his mastery over her skills was total. Didn't even need a saber for most of it. That scene was great right up until they set it up for a repeat of the Dooku beheading. And bottled it.

Ah, ok, good points. I see what your saying, I think what I’m badly trying to say is, would I be right in saying, out the 3 of them, Dooku, Maul and Vader.
Vader is the only one, haunted, bothered by the Lightside pulling at him.
Or did he totally have it under control cos he embraced the Darkside?
Dooku and Maul were all the way 100% corrupted.

The only time (that I can recall) seeing Vader showing anything like pull to the lightside is with Luke. When he fought Ahsoka there didn’t seem a lot of hesitation. The compassion shown to Kenobi (fire scene) has more to do with p*ss poor writing than the character! Aside from that he was pretty keen to kill the people that meant most to him - master and padawan.
The fight with Ahsoka was in Rebels right?
Hmm, maybe Luke was the only time the lightside came to him.

and to counter my previous point prob had the best Vader of all the films (even though we seen very little of him)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh no you didn’t!!! You What?!
Better than Empire Strikes Back Vader!! You mad fam!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Can't remember Rogue One film. Sure I watched it tho.

Doesn’t matter.
It also feels adult. The Disney sheen isn’t there, like it feels more BladeRunner at times.

Zero interest in that whatsoever. We have seen enough of vaders development over the years.
