Wouldn't be surprised if Klopp for the next game appears on the touchline with a short ra ra skirt on shaking his pompoms.Fast becoming a joke.

IF only Wenger had gone that last yard every season he would be remembered as the greatest ever, not just as a great manager. That is most peoples complaint about the man.
We all appreciate how much he has done, but we all recognise how much more he could have done.
If I had to sum up Arsene Wenger in one word it would be 'Frustrating!!!!'

He still has time to be the greatest ever. Clean up the silverware between now and leaving and suddenly the trophyless years will be viewed by all as they should be. The transition years in which he kept the club in the sport's elite competition on a shoe string budget. It's like he has to win a league title this or next season for people to actually see/accept that AW overachieved in the trophyless years (given what he had to work with). He didn't fall short.

It's actually quite hilarious. Wenger never dropped out of the top four despite having several squads, with no business being there (I believe we used to say RVP, Cesc and dross). Murinho has dropped out of the top few teams at every club he's been at (see that's when he leaves, when the team needs managing to get performances). And most recently he's flirted with the relegation zone WITH THE SAME TEAM THAT WON THE TITLE.

Wenger = Never out of the top four, even with a squad full of dross.

Jose = Relegation zone with champions and always falls out of the top spots as soon as he can't spend.

But Murinho is allegedly the better manager.

The relegation flirting champions would appear to indicate otherwise. That fact alone says despite the trophies, it is Wenger whom is the better MANAGER.

As I've said that, I'm wondering if we should hire Jose as a Director of Football. He can go buy the players (he won't be tight like Wenger) and Wenger can manage them. That way we get the best of both worlds. Get every star player we want AND have a manager that can actually MANAGE a team.

We'd be unstoppable

Garwood

I don't understand the Klopp romance some gooners are in. Personally, I think he just looks like Wenger's 'druggy' little bro, just out of rehab...AGAIN. Maybe that's why the like him so much. He looks like Wenger but way more fun
