For the league you need consistency which this side and group of players are miles off at the moment. You need to put together a run of wins or an unbeaten period where the XI looks hard to beat. For all our great wins at Chelsea and City we've been embarassed by Palace and Watford not too long after for example. We may win a cup here or there this season but Klopp has to identify young players who have the ability to become the next big thing because lets face it we get blown out of the water when it comes to obtaining the top talent. Until we put together a side that has great consistency like we did in Rodgers' second season, we'll continue to be in and around midtable.

Take the blinkers off man. Arsenal and UTD were your last two home games and I'm sure you would class them as big games. You think Liverpool looked great ?
You got 1 point from 6 in those two home games and looked great in neither. As I said before take off the blinkers man , your 9th for a reason. One top 4 finish in the last 7 or 8 years and sitting mid table now tells you all you need to know how close you really are to being a top 4 side.
League season is a write off indeed but that doesn't mean we take our foot of the peddle for league season. We must still aim to finish high as possible while planning for the 2016/17 season.

We stood toe to toe with Arsenal who are title challengers this season, and we were the better side today. No blinkers needed.
Our problem is the combination of having an unbalanced set of players to pick from, due to far too many injuries, from playing too many games, and having Klopp still learning about his players with all these set backs.

Really?! I'm sorry, but I'm being realistic with what I'm saying lol
We're 9th because we have no fit strikers who suit the style.
I agree the season is far from over but I can't really see us winning the Europa, too many other good teams in it and we have too many weaknesses.
I am hopeful for both domestic cups though.
It's important we don't let the league slip away to an unacceptable finish. We need to keep fighting to try and get a top 6 spot.
Cups are still a high risk strategy. If Man City get to final along with us then they will be clear favourites. Our 4-1 drubbing at Eithad is a thing of the past.
All the best sides are still in FA cup and we have our new bogey side West Ham next after Exeter.
Europa league like R1 said is full of good teams and this is probably our least likely route to silverware.
We need to focus on the league and look to top 6 minimum. Anything below should be considered a failure even for Klopp.
Augsburg will beat us in the Europa and we'll lose the final of the League Cup. Creating so many chances and missing them all, even when we do score it's only 1 and you can't trust our defence to keep a clean sheet. Just give the opposition a corner and they'll score - header, shot, own goal or strait in! Take your pick.
Get Origi and couts back and that helps us massively, studge seems to be a write of. I hope we buy a striker in this window, if we get that in order we will win games.

Lose in the final of the LC?
You assume that you will first get to the final and then not have enough to beat City(favourites)or Everton over 90-120 minutes?
To say anything 'will' happen is just silly.
No articles from you GB?
Must have taken the loss very badly then?
Didn't see any positives in the game today GB?

As a side remark, I don't cherry pick anything.
The only cherry picking I do is when choosing between trolls and genuine fans...Right now, the trolls seem to be supporting that club owned by the Russian boss
