He doesn't have much technical ability so when he's off form it really shows, it's embarrassing to watch him sometimes. When he's on form he plays off instinct and can be unstoppable, don't think he will ever get rid of that inconsistency.

He looked good as a CF, but as Sanchez is out he has to play on the wing, where he is not as effective.

Yes would fit in perfectly with the rest of the overrated dross there

In what way are our players overrated if they're "dross"?

Not really thought that through have you.

But originally he is a winger not a CF

Was sure he'd be swapping wings with Joel throughout the game.

Happened only once and I think that was just because Joel was chasing the play and wound up there.

What's shocking is how much of an impact Iwobi had when he came on. Not by doing anything fantastic, but by just showing up as an outlet, Holding off pressing opposition, and keeping the ball moving.

Good thing Alexis is back. Walcott might have seen himself being benched by a 19 year old for the next game.

When I mentioned last night that Iwobi changed the tempo of the game everyone laughed at me. There was a noticeable difference as soon as he came on. He helped us become more direct.

Yup Iwobi looked much more assured in possession. Passing and moving

Iwobi made a big difference to the fluency of our play. Personally I would have had him in the centre and pushed Ox out wide to get Iwobi on the ball more as (from the limited amount I've seen of him) he's great at keeping things simple and ticking over, but keeping the tempo high.

Iwobi looks very average to me.

Will be interesting to see how Wenger uses Iwobi for the rest of the season. Definitely another attacking asset.

Probably the same way hes used crap players like Akpom and Sanogo.

I don't know how you can call him average. He's only had a few opportunities in the first team and he clearly offers a lot of attacking intent. Likes to move forward with pace, looks for a through ball or one two on the edge of the box. Very unfair comparin him to the likes of Sanogo
