We are all a bit down after Southampton. However our home form has been OK with great performances against Arsenal, Stoke and Spurs.
Villa have to win. This has to be a winnable fixture in their increasingly hopeless predicament.
Local derbies ard easy but I think we have more than enough to win - 1-0.

We also played really well against Newcastle over Christmas. Luckily, the pressure's on Villa.

I’m sad that this will be the last time this fixture will be played, for a while. This is one of the few Premier League fixtures that I will miss, next season. There have been some cracking games between the two of us, in recent years, some truly memorable derby matches.

I doubt it will be a classic, this time, though - we simply don’t have enough spirit left in us. The game will be decided by the managers and, I’m afraid, Pulis is leagues ahead of Garde. We are in a very sorry state, at the moment, and I guess Albion will take full advantage.

Villa must be boosted by Albions injury crisis.

James Morrison is out whilst Darren Fletcher, Chris Brunt and Jonas Olsson are all doubtful.

We need to hope our 2nd string are good enough.

Can't see it though.

1-1.

Predictable result.

Two dire teams Def Penalty would have changed game completely

But.... we had 61% of the game, 16 shots with 4 on target to Baggies 4 shots 0 on target...

Didn't Pulis know it was a Derby? Or does he think that a 0-0 dour home draw is a good result?

Can take some comfort from the fact we haven't lost for the 5th match in succession, a huge improvement. But points are everything and 1 gained isn't the 3 we needed

We need a cutting edge up front which we just don't have. We need a new striker. But no doubt the powers up top have other priorities

No shots on target in the past two league games for us.

Shocking.

Pulis made some comment after the game about being 15 points ahead of "an £84m team". Claims we spent that in the summer. What a nasty mean little comment . Baggies deserve better.
