Our kit deal? You're blatantly a united fan.
They are the only club who could. Maybe Barca.
Incredible. Over how many years?

even if I was I would never say 'our' or 'we', I am a Barca fan but dont say 'we', because I am not from Barcelona, I dont go to matches. I say 'we' when talking about Feyenoord, because I am from the region and went to see matches as a kid etc.
Am I right in saying that's 176m per year?
Considering their recent successful, worldwide following and superstar studded squad I'm not surprised they are worth 25% more than us kit deal wise
Well it was likely to happen, these deals get broken all the time, Barca will possibly break it next then we will again when our next deal is up, that is as long as LVG hasn't relegated us by then.
As long as more money continues to get pumped into the game then these deals will continue to be broken.
1.4 Billion euros over just 7 years? really
Having the best kit deal in the game is a boast best reserved for the geeks and freaks among our fan base
Any credible links for this somewhat unbelievable bit of news?
Wonderful. I guess that's to be expected. I guess the next one we sign might be close to 3 billion... Geez talk about foolish money
Exactly 1982
I would guess Real held the record before us.
This is getting ridiculous now. The success of a club should not be measured by how much your kit deal is worth. It should be measured by how many fans you have in China, and we have the most by far. #ChampChinaions

Apologies, 2026
I don't understand how people can rate us at the same level of Barca or Real Madrid. Our team is filled with many good players, but very few star players. In every position, Real Madrid/Barcelona have filled them up with the best players in the world. While we are content to just have 1 or 2 world class players, and the rest good.
I cannot understand how a club of United's standing can have such a shocking lack of superstars in our team, considering the amount of commercial revenue the club pulls.
I really dont understand how real are worth some 31 million more than us a season to addidas based on club statures alone.

Financially we're on the same level as them, on the pitch we're not on the same level as our cross city neighbours, never mind Madrid and Barca
106 million pound per year
Yeah so approx 25% more valuable than our deal. Reasonable considering their squad and standing in the world fame.
They should be doing better really.
Ok that is more believable
They may be a more succesful club than us, but are they sponsored by the number 1 energy drink in Indonesia?
I think not! Have that madrid.
I know it's kit and not shirt sponsorship, but nevertheless I find it interesting that this news has been leaked just as Qatar are reportedly stalling on renewing their Barça deal.
Makes you wonder
a. just how incompetent Perez/Madrid really are
b. whether the bitter rivalry between the two clubs isn't just a wee bit staged
or
c. whether it might not in fact be a red herring leaked by Barça themselves to rush the Qataris into a deal
