Roll it back 25yrs and this could be Liverpool fans speaking.

I actually liked United. Gave me some great moments over the last 20 or so, especially when upsetting Arsenal. Good, exciting football .

Empires fall though. Nobody expects them to, but they do. United have been scrabbling about for the Top Four Trophy for three seasons now.

any manager worth their salt would want to manage a top team, and lets be honest, despite the last 3 seasons Utd are still a huge team.

i'll be honest, i was dissapointed when Ronaldo left, but Real are a bigger lure, and again, any player that wouldnt want to join Real would lack ambition.
