Right so the lady has to have reached puberty for it to be ok to get sucked off by her and to avoid being called a paedophile? He will go on the se. x register list and he has taken advantage of a girl who is not considered an adult. She is still a child in the eyes of the law, thus making him a paedophile

16 is just an arbitrary number. Girls mature much earlier than 16.

It's a bit like speeding. 70 is the arbitrary limit but most people drive well over and you can't be prosecuted if you drive just over 70.

There has to be some leeway

You and tamwolf are totally wrong mate. Not all girls reach puberty at the same age. Some girls are young developers so say a girl of 12 is a young developer which is very possible, then if I have sexual relations with her then I can't be considered a paedophile can I? I'm going by your and tamwolf logic here. You said a child who hasn't reached puberty. Fact of the matter is, she is below 16 so is not considered an adult. He got sucked off by a girl that is not considered an adult meaning he got sucked off by a child. I don't give a fu** wether she has the hairiest muff in Britain mate. She was still a child when he groomed and sexually assaulted her.

If she is 12, but hasn't hit puberty, you would be considered a paedophile as they are pre-pubescent.

What Adam Johnson did was illegal and he should serve the appropriate jail time. He is not a paedophile though as she was not pre-pubescent.
