Not everyone "needs" points. WBA, Watford, Palace, Swansea, Everton and Chelsea don't "need" them. They would like them but they're certainly not crucial.

The teams that "need" points are Newcastle, Sunderland, West Ham, United and Southampton, if they're still in with a shout of EL, might not be.

Less pressure on us than Spurs and Arsenal, why will we bottle it and they won't? They have no experience either so not sure how any of us can be deemed better placed to handle it?

Cuz Arsenal and Totts have better players bro . All Leicester got is Vardy and Marez. All teams have to do is stop them and then Leicester can't do shiiit.

It's true though, ain't it? Leicester have got guys like Drinkwater and Albriton in their first team. These dudes wouldn't even make the bench at Arsenal or Totts.

Don't get me wrong man, I want you guys to win it, but I just don't see it.

If spurs had been top of the league for as long as Leicester then they would have bottled it by now.

Leicester are dealing very well with the pressure and have nothing to worry about as they are up against the 2 biggest bottlers in the league

Merse has you down to win 3-1 and reckons it's their most difficult game and I agree it is and hope he's right 😉

Yes there's pressure of course but moreso on Arsenal and Tottenham if you ask me.

They're expected to topple Leicester.

Just because Pulis says he wants you to win the league doesn't mean he's going to get his team to ease off, how deluded are you?

And don't tell me those teams have nothing to play for, there's still 11 games to go and anyone of them can get dragged into the relegation battle, no one is assured of safety yet.

If Merson has predicted Spurs to lose than they will win.

OP has lost the plot if he thinks teams are just going to roll over for Leicester, The pressure is right on them now after blowing a big lead of a month back over Spurs.

It's on all 3 teams at the top.

I think the NLD will end in a draw and Leicester will win their next fixture making your job all the harder.

I never said that

What I queried was whether or not opposition players will really be bothered to make the extra effort to stop us!

Try reading what I actually wrote

Oh shock it is a football forum board, just because you cannot debate without getting banned, don't mean the rest of us cannot debate properly on other teams boards. It is called decent behaviour.

We've just got to do what we're good at and that's win games.

Then we don't have to worry about anyone else.

They can then do what they're good at and drop points at crucial times.

posted on 1/3/16

Pulis wanting you to win it has absolutely nothing to do with how much effort his team will put in. It's an embarrassing notion to being up.

Pressure is all on Leicester, the stars of the season, would be a bit of an anti-climax if you bottle it now.

But Totts and Arsenal got better players, With Leicester I just think they're gonna collapse any second and start losing every game. That ain't gonna happen to Totts or Arsenal.

I never said teams will roll over, why don't you actually read what I wrote instead of making ridiculous comments.

Will opposition players really make the extra effort to track back or put their bodies on the lines is what I asked and its a valid point

You gained points on us big deal, you won six on the bounce and still can't get above us, I mean what more do you have to do? 😂

We are also more than likely going to gain points on you in the next two games because chances are we will pick up more points than you.

Two draws and a draw and win for us and we're four points clear with Newcastle and Palace up next. The pressure is all on you, not us!!

posted on 1/3/16

From a Spurs point of view, drawing against West Ham and Arsenal would normally be decent results but not this season. I'd say they need at least 4 points to keep momentum and pressure on

For a start it has nothing to do with better players, it's about how they play as a team and we play better than Arsenal as a team.

Handling pressure also has nothing to do with the quality of individual players, it's about their mentality.

You're completely missing the two most important factors here!
