First enjoyable game of iPro football in months. Two teams playing good end to end football at a quick tempo.
Ince was a revelation playing on the left but clearly with a licence from his manager to come inside and knit the play together.
Not a perfect performance from Derby, but much much better.
Darren Wassall's 60% win rate is the highest of any permanent manager in Derby County history. Too soon? Well equally it was, and is, too soon for people to write him off isn't it.
Great block from Cyrus when it was 0-0 and a great cross from him onto Martins nogger.
Nice composed finish from Russell and great effort from Ince onto the bar.
Now on to a Qpr side really short on confidence and beaten today by the Dons.
Cheers Marco, just what we wanted to hear
Ince hit post 1st half and bar 2nd half with a 20 yard screamer with his RIGHT foot!!!
3 starts 3 wins for Jamie Hanson...
Bryson looked sharp when he came on.
Carson 7, Christie 7, Keogh 7, Shackell 7, Olsson 8, Hanson 7, Hendrick 7, Butterfield 7.5, Blackman 6, Martin 7, INCE 8.
Russell? - from a Jock perspective

Oh no we've gone 4-1-3-2
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We played 4-3-3 but with Ince playing left coming inside and linking play a lot more than we normally see from our wide/inside forwards.
Just back from the Intu.
Great flowing football, moving it quickly, confidence in possession and the only factor stopping a rapid 2-0 lead was average finishing.
However Derby were poor, so poor in the first 25 and were overrun by a team playing the Derby way. Martin scored a good old fashioned centre forward header from an excellent Christie cross but sorry chaps and chapesses t'was ill deserved.
Second half, Huddersfield, threatened to overrun their opponents again. Luckily a double substitution saw brought Bryson and Russell on ......and The Boys were Back in Town.......better link up from the old boys of Hendrick, Bryson, Russell and Martin and they're were Derby players actually rampaging past Martin which culminated in a lay from Coldplay to Braveheart and a cracking goal.
Baby steps.

I absolutely agree with View. Marco's view is a bit Wassall but I agree that Ince was my Man of the Match for his outstanding first half performance. He went off the boil in the 2nd though.
I also agree with Marco's player ratings except Blackman was a 2 because he managed to tie his boot laces and Christie a 4 for his only on target cross.
I can't wait for the Forest match. It's going to be a cracker.
Keogh at 7?
Perhaps the bits where he played like Messi were edited out because he looked like Keogh of old on the highlights.
Some things just shouldn't change ........
Keogh was outstanding 666.
Actually he should be MoM not Ince.
Cracking back pass from Keogh which just looped over the bar
Agree about Keogh. He is a true leader, sets a great example and shows great heart.
Blackman is being played out of position and I believe Bent is a better striker so for me Blackman wouldn't make the first team squad. I would love to see Camara given a few games on the left. I'd tell him to run himself ragged for 60 minutes then bring on Russell to wreak havoc for the last 30.

Wtf?! Those highlights are bolleux... Ince strikes the woodwork twice and neither is shown!!!
I only put the link on, I didn't edit it
No problem Igor, all the best chaps
Ive just watched highlights and where are Ince's woodwork rattlers???? Anyway...Ince had a great game. Been waiting ages to type that. We were not fantastic or sublime but we were more like Derby today. 2 fine goals too...Hanson in ahead of Thorne was only a week late Wassall Decent job done.

Alright already I didn't read Marco's ratings, I glanced at them. I agree with View more than 666 cos he knows nowt.
I wouldn't change a winning team for Tuesday. Hope when Russell and Bryson get a chance to start they take the chance and keep their place.
