No. I think Aguero is a better footballer full stop. With certain tactics Costa is effective though, arguably would be more so than Aguero but even that's debatable in my opinion.
Costa is a better striker than aguero. All that dribbling stuff dont matter for a striker. Costa and Aguero are equally good finishers plus Costa's stronger and more agressive, which does matter for a striker.

Look at the best strikers in the world, how many of them have strength and aggression as primary attributes and how many have speed, control, movement and dribbling? His skill set is just as relevant to being a good striker.
Costa is an excellent player. Aguero is better.

I am obvioulsy a big Vardy fan and I think Kane is excellent but Costa has done it at the highest level, the champions league and in two different leagues with very different styles. Vardy and Kane are great but to say they piiiiiiiissssss all over Costa is simply untrue

We missed out on Aguero by our own fault - he's banging goals in right, left and Chelsea (excuse the pun) for City now!
