I also think a lot of people will be picking and choosing their matches to attend, and do you blame them? I don't. You have to factor In all the other costs that come with football (and you'll know more than most) it would cost me a fortune in fuel ⛽ and food etc to attend each home game.

Is Clibbens the scapegoat in all this and is Deano now doing things his own way? God knows. But if he is a "man of the people" surely he can subsidise the fans every season? Or am I being greedy.

I think its great what the club have done in this regard. I suspect regardless of TV money they would have done something as attendances are falling and so a new approach was needed.

Combining reasonable ticket prices with Wagner's exciting football and improving stadium atmosphere is a win win win!!!!

Bear in mind the quality of football Hydy. Surely, if Town continue to play this new style and results are positive, more people will watch, including ones who pay on the day. Potentially, eighteen thousand crowds could be the norm next season.
