Why didn't Woy celebrate?

I'd personally like to see Kane in the LCFC team alongside the others. While he may not fit in with our style of play at the moment he's a proven goal scorer and I'm sure CR would find a way of making him fit.
And yes Roy did do a bit of a fist pump jig, while grinning, when Vardy scored. It was described somewhere as "a bit of a grandad" dance. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's game with, hopefully, Drinkwater starting...

How did a simple question about Woy " not celebrating" turn into yet another City vs Spurs fest???

As for Woy he did celebrate but this was obviously not picked up on certain feeds.

To reply to the original article, I recall Roy barely cracking a smile over the first, beaming with a smile over the second, and then jumping up and down over the winner. I thought he was very happy, as he should have been - a front three of Kane, Vardy and Alli in behind had just scared the World Champions to death, friendly or otherwise.

The argument shouldn't be between Leicester and Spurs. The argument should be whether Rooney gets a place on the bench or a summer off.

A poor mans Dunge is still a rich man in my eyes 👍

Dunge

Good point, I wish that Woy had the " bollacks" to keep Rooney on the bench and let the youth and pace carry us forward.

Whether he will or not is yet to be seen but I fear the worst.

Doesn't everything turn into City v Spurs fest? 😏

My point was about his lack of passion because the clips i saw didn't show any emotion but once it was suggested to me that he did celebrate and it was just the clips I saw where he didn't, I said fair enough and I have no complaints now. I just wanted the England coach to show that it meant something because it did, friendly or not that was a huge result.

"This isn't a moan about him not being happy that Vardy scored as such, it's more of a moan about his lack of emotion having pulled it back from 2-0 down agaisnt the World Champions. Does he really care whether we win, lose or draw? I can't help feeling disappointed that he wasn't going nuts, I can't imagine El Tel, Keegan, Hoddle or Robson just sitting there emotionless for example. Even Sven who was always calm as you like would have been smiling. The lack of passion just isn't what I want to see from our coach. Low was up celebrating both of their goals and that's what I want to see."

Yes it was

Kane would walk into the Leicester team anyone who suggests otherwise is either delusional or high on an illegal substance.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're missing the point. Ability wise he would of course but his style of play wouldn't work for us or him
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Isn't it the case we need to evolve our style of play though?

I actually think Kane could complement our play, ok it might have to change but it's going to have to for us to progress isn't it?

Why change something that works? We're doing alright he way we are, I mean we've won more, lost less and have more points than anyone else so why change?

Our biggest weapon is our pace and it simply can't be defended, if we change style then our pace will be useless so what's the point?

he's too slow and we need players who chase defenders and chase loose balls and he can't do that so no he wouldn't get into our team ahead of Vardy or Okazaki
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Arro, Spurs are a team that press and press from the front to try and recover the ball, in fact statistically Spurs are the second hardest working team in the premier league after Bournmouth and their hardest working player? Go on Arro take a guess who it is...

Harry Kane. So to say he can't or doesn't chase loose balls or players is just not true in fact he has more interceptions, blocks and is only just behind on tackles won. He works very very hard and while he is not super super fast he also isn't a slouch.

With Vardy's pace dragging defenders away from Kane and Kane's istinctive finishing and hold up play I think they would be excellent together and work really well.

In terms of distance covered this season Kane has covered the 11th most of any player in the league, our player closest to the top is Albrighton who is 19th.

We changed from 352 at the end of last season and that hasn't gone too badly though?

My point is we need to evolve, teams will work out ways to stop us and there's nothing wrong with change done in the correct way.

Ranieri has shown he knows what he's doing so if he did change things which from outside factors he'll have to at some time, I'll have confidence in him.
