If you had the belief earlier on, you probably would have not drawn half the 13 games you have.

You didn't really lose it, you never had it if we're honest.
A faster start and who knows, it may have been your year. You faught valiantly and found yourselves in a position to challenge, but it was never yours to lose.
A couple of good signings and you may find yourselves with a shot next year

I think you waited too long to realise that City and Arsenal wouldnt really challenge. The game against Arsenal at yours was the big one. Beating them would have got you to believe sooner.

Think the Arsenal home game was the big one, 2-1 up against your biggest rivals at home with opposition down to ten men, chance to go top of the league, you have to see that out.
May have been important psychologically both to Spurs and Leicester had you held on there.

That was after we'd beat City. Had we won that game we'd have gone too at least temporarily. They were there for the taking that day at 2-1 but we weren't ruthless

I really think this experience will make us genuine contenders in future.
As was mentioned earlier we never really believed we were in the race until recently.
If we can get off to a fast start and eliminate those Newcastle/West Brom style performances then we will be in the hunt next season too.
