Where we lost it....

The day after Leicester drew 2-2 with WBA is when we both really facked it.
Tbf Leicester have been consistently good and not really off the pace of past champions.

Soon as we facked up Arsenal home off the back of facking up West Ham away, blowing two chances to top the league. Not sigh of champions. Was always unlikely after that

The two games v Leicester, and the two late goals conceded have done for us

Leicester 1-1 Spurs
Spurs 0-1 Leicester

If they ended up...

Leicester 0-1 Spurs
Spurs 0-0 Leicester

...we'd have 72pts to their 73pts.

So true. Think there were about a combined 15 mins left in those games

All ifs and bits, no guarantee other results would be the same if they had gone that way.

If Leicester had won it with a ridiculous total such as 72pts I'd be mightily peed off, but it's not unlikely they will get past 80pts. United have won titles with less

"There are still things to play for this season, such as our highest-ever points tally and position in PL history. Both are well within our grasp and would enable us to finish the season on a high"

That is by far the most cringeworthy denial comment ive read from a Spurs fan in the last 24 hours; and there's been a few.

Aye, you keep telling yourself that all of the above will make up for blowing the best chance Spurs will ever have of winning the prem.

Points tallies don't interest me, but finishing 2nd is still a good effort.

I presume you would acknowledge that 2014 was probably Liverpool's best chance then?

Finishing second is import. Considering that if city win the champs league and finish fourth then they will take the group stage spot and third will have to qualify.
