All this we will miss fellaini is rubbish.
We certainly won't miss him giving away free kicks in dangerous areas.
We won't miss him defensively at set pieces either, he's not in the thick of it, he's nirmally clearing at the front post which anyone can do.
Maybe, just maybe we will be able to play some decent attacking football instead of hoofball.

Dink, you're a good poster but you really don't understand how key Fellaini was to us beating west ham last time and how he nullified Carroll almost every time.
Fellaini shouldn't play every game but he's deffo gonna be missed in games like tonight. If you think he was a goofball magnet against west ham you need to watch that game again.

I think this is a myth you have invented Robb.
Fellaini was good against West Ham, but it wasn't due to his aerial presence.
The reason Carroll was quiet was because we dominated the game and completely cut off his supply (which Fellaini was key to)
In the cup games that is what Felliani did on the set pieces. Don't recall him man marking Carroll in open play
.............
Then that is fine.
I guess we can put Mata on him tonight. Fellaini not playing, of course, should cut down on the amount of set pieces they get.
