I'm going out on a limb here...................................................I hope we sign him there I said it and here are my reasons.....
1. It would only be on loan for a year so no risk

2. It's his last chance so he might put the effort in

3. Siggy, Mason, Clarke, Cassidy, Holt, ALF and your really going to turn your nose up at Ballotelli?

4. This would signal we mean business other player would see this and think....Hmmmm go on then I'll join aswell as sending a message to other teams

5. Is he really going to destroy the dressing room? what's he going to do walk up to Saville, Evans, Wallace, Mason and say yam all sxxt.........Hmmmmmmm

Can't go along with that really. All the messages about Mario are that he is arrogant, doesn't always turn up for training, doesn't put much effort in when he does turn up, plays well for a couple of games then rests on his laurels for the next 6. I reckon that's been the experience of the last half a dozen clubs that have taken him on and that is a negative for the manager and the team mates in the dressing room. I would bet that Leicester City had nobody like that in their dressing room last season but I suspect Man city did and that's why the one finished miles ahead of the other despite having less talented players

But man city have won multiple titles whereas Leicester will never win another one.

I get the concerns but at some point he would surely have to grow up wouldn't he? That said it would seem an unnecessary risk to me.

The point was that Manchester City (or any team) won't win a title with those types of player in the squad.

Not that Leicester will win the title every year. I know you don't like them, but you don't need to make everything about putting them down.
