natural life followed by a quick death you never knew was coming.
..........................

the rifleman knows its coming' he's set out to slaughter a living thing for no good reason, something wrong in the head with those people imo.

Doesn't the same apply to a slaughter man? Who you are happy to do your killing for you?

Not trying to lecture anyone on what they should or shouldn't eat. I'm really lucky, I raise some of my own meat and buy the rest from people I know - not many people can have that degree of control.

What I don't get is the hunting is cruel farming is fine argument.

Look at the lives and deaths of most farm animals vs wild meat and pick which you'd want for yourself, I know which one I'd plump for.

Was driving through the Welsh mountains last week and noticed how careful everyone was to not collide with any of the sheep wandering around at the side of the road.

Bet some of those same people went home and ate lamb that evening

That's just economics! ....wrecked front end = £££££££££, whole lamb = £

I actually had half a "hunted" lamb recently, all the others had gone to slaughter but one had managed to hang on in the field and the farmer couldn't catch, it. He told the local keeper he could have it if he could shoot it so he shot it and me and the missus butchered it for a side.

which partially illustrates my point - there is no necessity to hit a sheep while driving, so don't do it unless you enjoy cruel slaughter.
there is a need for industrialised farming so as to feed the human race , so tuck in and enjoy your roast lamb.

I have never had the opportunity to take a deer but I would be happy to if I knew it was either for food or to put a suffering animal out of its pain.

I don't see why a deer has more of a right not to be slaughtered for food than a lamb or a cow.

didn't say it had.
i and you know however that the deer in the local wood is not a farm animal so you would be in the wrong to kill it

A majority of 'hunters' kill due to a blood lust.

Oh and we were linked with reach in January also.

posted on 10/6/16

I think Reach would solve our left side problem and he can fill in at left back too. Him, Zyro and Graham would be good competition when all are fit.

In fairness Kenny has now had 13 months to figure out the left side so i can't wait to see Saville line up there on day one of the season.
