I've seem Sakho have VERY good games. Not enough of them but he can be a dominating cb playing at a high level. He can pass the ball, and break the lines with them as well, but struggles to do so under pressure. There are some technical errors in there but people in the game know he can play hence his career. He needs to be fit and find consistency once he's back and that's a big if.
To say he is the worst in the league is laughable though.

I wouldn't quite call Karius one of Germanys best. He's better than most English GKs but Ter Stegen, Leno Horn, Trapp, Farhmann, Zeiler off the top of my head are rated very highly and all early to mid 20s. Then there's Neuer, Adler and Weidenfeller

Karius doesn't have a bad record for a 22 year old. 9 clean sheets and a little over 50 conceded. Stands out fairly well that really in comparison. Not a bad buy at under 5 million.
Then again, surely there must have been an incentive for Weindenfeller. 35 years old (ok a tad old now), experienced, still got quality, a leader and struggling to break into that Dortmund side now. Could still get a good couple of years out of him I bet.
