Depends on how many corporate events are held, I take it West Ham won't get any money from corporate events.
What about events surrounding the stadium, it's quite a large area I take it West Ham won't get anything from that unlike city square at the Etihad.
The whole Olympic stadium planning and legacy bullsheet has been a farce from start to finish.
No running track as promised no proper plan to deal with the stadium prior to building it.
Karen Brady and the didoe brothers have got a good deal for West Ham not the tax payer.

Exactly right and i'd have respect for them if thats what they said instead of peddling the "this is a good deal for the tax payer".
Will be interesting to see the accounts in a season or 2, to see if the OS Stadium company are covering their costs with £2.5m rent.
Nicottino,
Sounds like a "sour grapes" claim!
