Oh ...and this board is dying on its feet because it's polluted with idiot posters and very poor Wums
It's how sport witness died as a forum.. Eventually just the idiots will be left arguing with themselves

Eventually. I'm starting to think it's the nature of the Internet.
It's pretty much a circle. You keep moving to the left you will eventually get to the right.

It basically just turned into the Jeremy Kyle show Arab, with one Brexit voter stating we're better than the rest of Europe and that's why they all want to come here to use our uni's, and another one ranting that she can't get a house because of immigrants.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I know an immigrant who's buying his council house (30% cheaper than the going rate) with the sole intention of selling it in 5 years time. I'm against the sale of social housing,I most definitely don't believe immigrants should have this right.

He is just lacking the brainpower of the average fish
It isn't immigrants who are to blame for the selling of council houses ....it was thatcher...
But I guess you know this
Chronics turned up.he's been hiding all day, someone told him the undertakers were stocktaking.
I am in favour of a points style system like in Australia, where the whole country is immigrants apart from the aborigines.

Can anyone give an example of how being in the EU benefits them personally?
If you're born in Australia does that make you a immigrant Sandy?

No, it makes you a drunken criminal.
In the uk being born in the uk from immigrant parents still makes you get treated as an immigrant

My phone charger is a standard size. My mates girlfriend is a charming polish psychologist who is excellent conversation. The EU working directive means my wife isn't obliged to work inordinate hours when a project overruns. So we can go walkswalks instead. The food or electronic equipment I buy is subject to scrutiny such that my house isn't likely to burn down.
That said I'm still totally undecided.

Would all that come to an abrupt halt of we left the EU?
Boris
Australia has been built on immigration, so has the USA. Britain has exported immigrants to all four corners of the world for centuries now. As soon as some start coming the other way you get the usual nonsense about Britain getting swamped by migrants.
Leaving is pointless unless we are also cracking down on the contractor exploitation that has folk working as virtual slaves in the UK.
I know cause I developed software to handle such employers.

That wasn't your question.
If you can't see how the eu has benefitted people you really haven't got out enough... Just like it has hindered people too.

We've had plenty of leaders since who could have stopped the sale of council houses. I don't blame immigrants or anyone else for seizing the opportunity to buy their house at a discount, that doesn't mean I agree with it.

I would expect us to retain most benefits with the exception of our government messing up human rights and striving to supress workers rights further.
