Not at all worried by Mourinho, don't think anyone is in fact. Think people are far more intrigued/fascinated/worried about Guardiola.

The lack of football has made it quiet round here. Add to the fact that there is a decent portion of posters on here who don't give a monkeys about England/international football (I'm one of them).

Brexit? Out

I've just left the Enrgy industry after 15 years. there are a huge number of EU regulations coming into effect that will have a huge impact on our energy supply industry. I can only see it ending with increased gas and electric prices due to the extra bureaucracy. Thats just for starters.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, I might be wrong - but that sounds like a good thing? It's like people moaning about vacuum cleaners being limited, this is all good stuff, for the benefit of everyone. And as for higher prices, they're coming with or without the EU - I imagine the industry is happy for another scapegoat.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually the industry is desperate to improve its image but its hands are already tied by excessive legislation. Its just going to get worse one the European goverance comes in on top of our own.

I've been in meetings at company and industry level with CEO's, directors, senior managers and others where we've been trying to make the best of an already bad situation. The forlorn surrender to the situation is uite eye opening and goes against a lot of what the media would have you believe. I was one of the more laid back ones with a pragmatic approach that we are where we are so have to make the best of it.

Sizzle imagines Brexit as an evil Tory conspiracy you see, despite the remain campaign being run almost single handedly by Conservatives

The fact Corbyn has been anti EU for years, and has barely raised a whimper in this campaign, is neither here nor there

So, a lot of people are happy with the open-door immigration policy forced upon us by Brussels?

I forgot about the vacuum cleaners. Dont see it myself. My old one of 2000 watts was great. One or two passes would pick up all but the most stubourn dirt. House was done in under half an hour. When I got a weaker one at 1400 watts, repeated passes didnt pick up dirt and I had gave up after an hour as I aint wasting any more time on crap like that. Used far more power overall for a worse result.

Immigrants contribute billions to our economy every year, so yes

Yes, I'm happy with freedom of movement as are the millions of Brits who choose to live and work abroad.

The Mythical Millions. The vast majority of Brits living abroad are retired and are actually talking money out of the UK via pensions.

Unskilled immigrants are pushing wages down which is great if you run a car-wash but it harms the rest of the economy.

How does someone come and take wages?

This immigrant talk is getting exhausted. Alot of them work and taxes are taken either directly or indirectly.

We have British people (e.g. the Jeremy Kyle lot) who contribute less and don't even plan on working

Why should I worry about an immigrant coming from work if i have the qualifications, language and skills needed to be the better employee?

Do you really think we'll suddenly get an influx of British people washing cars for instance?

A lot of them work for minimum wage (or less) and rely on Tax Credits (paid out of my tax) to get by.
