Anyway my point is does it get any easier because im starting to think id rather die happy at 65 than live to 80 and be unhappy.

what makes you think you'll die happy at 65 if you're smoking weed and ciggies? You might get cancer at 45...

Why give up training? If anything, you need to fill the void with some constructive and healthy activity.

The weed and tobacco were a big problem for me for 20 years but after quitting (and admittedly relapsing twice in the process) I've never felt better. I used the gym help in the transition.

You've quit so the hardest part is over. Well done son. Don't fack it all up and start again. Get your fat ar5e back in the gym!

If you go into it thinking it's going to make you depressed and fat...

Man up but also speak to people who've successfully given up. The majority I know can't even stand the smell of others smoking anymore and they feel much better for it.

It does get easier, I found Nicorette sprays helped a lot.

Muswell

I gave up in 2007, after starting smoking when I was 14 in 1962, 45 years of smoking, went down to quacks and went on a course of patches, first lot didn't work, but the second lot did the trick, still could murder a ciggie nearly 10 years later, never really goes away, but I only think about it very momentarily now, and then I forget about it for a few weeks. You will get over it.

All that money you're not spending on smoking should be used for dirty weekends away

Get back in the gym too you tart. Walk there to start shifting some lbs and then put a shift in when you actually get there. There are plenty of gyms in and around Muswell Hill so no excuses

I still love the smell of ciggie smoke. I myself cannot stand ex smokers who make a fuss about people that smoke. Pubs are so fecking boring without smokers. I think non smokers that moan about fresh air, should be the ones that should go outside.

Go to the gym. Maybe take a boxing class or something. Something that doesn't require you to have to train alone

I quit smoking 5 years ago , I still miss my morning smoke and the one I had after a meal .

I use a vape pen , I also put on about 2 stone and now have a gut , mind you probably down to the anti depressants I take .

Get on line and order from socialites , order there gold liquid 24 strength as its like smoking a BnH .

This is likely more to do with quitting weed and your dopamine levels than from quitting the cigs. Exercise is the best thing you can do especially in the mornings and should make a big difference. If you were smoking daily for a while it can take 3-6 months to get rid of that feeling
