What a load of cráp from the OP.
Vardy clearly said he would give Arsenal and Leicester an answer last Monday, before the England squad flew out to France, and he failed to do so.
In case the OP missed it:
"Jamie Vardy is keeping Arsenal and Leicester City waiting as he continues to ponder his club future.
The England striker, 29, was due to choose whether to remain with the Foxes or join the Gunners before flying out to France for Euro 2016 on Monday.
But he arrived with the rest of the England squad without informing Arsenal of his decision."

The OP's article shows how obsessed Spurs fans are, first with Arsenal, and secondly with Vardy. How many articles is it now from Spurs fans about Vardy? Clearly, Spurs fans would love Vardy to be joining them instead of Arsenal.
Arsenal risking Vardy Euro fairytale?

If so I stand corrected.
Would England also compensate Arsenal or another club for any subsequent loss of form for the player as he recovers from said injury ?

Maybe a Mars Bar for each sub-par performance.
