Though a fair few of those Labour voters who opted to leave probably just felt disenfranchised by Cameron/Osborne and voted against them. Hard to say.

The pound and the UK economy is now seen as a weaker prospect. The loss of our AAA rating by SNP looks a distinct possibility. Thus the BoE will likely lift interest rates to stabilise the £ against the $. This will cause house prices to decline.

uk houses are an absurdly and artificially inflated asset, the price of which should have fallen by 20-30%, so hopefully brexit takes some of the air out of that particular bubble.
