I may be completely wrong here but now when I visit the UK I see lots of teenage mums is this a new phenomenon or am I imagining it

Absolutely. I think being a teenage mum these days is seen as something like passing your driving test. Its just accepted as the norm.

A by-product of the crappy welfare system that hands money to the wrong people. That needs massive reform but it won't happen now. Much like the EU needed reform, but that ship seems to have sailed now too.

We should be expecting to see the first set of results closer to midnight.

why would there be another referendum? This one has caused so much stress and pain for the people of Britain, someone ended up getting killed because of her beliefs.
