Liverpool have paid #saintsfc £92m since 2013. In that time they've gone from 2nd to 8th.
Happy days. Klopp wanted him when at Dortmund. It's irrelevant where we bought him from.
He's quality. Would
Have liked him at United.

Exactly what we needed, brings pace, width and goals from outwide. If we can manage to have Studge, Mane, Firmino and Coutinho fit for 75% of the season, then top four will look likely.
Left back signed, and the first team looks sorted:
..........................Karius
Clyne......Matip..............Lovren......N/A
.................Can.........Hendo/Milner
...Mane............Firmino............Courinho
.........................Studge
Happy with this.
Solves a problem position, adds some goals and should fit the style well.
There will.not be many teams wanting to come up against Studge, Firmino, Cout and Mane for sure.

I will still go with Origi than Sturridge
I'd say get in a good cm as well as that lb and there's a squad or decent of not great players
Milner, Henderson, sahko, lallana, origi all there to compete.
You'd have to imagine with a good period of time and training klopp might get them.actually defending right.
Wasnt the fee £3 and a packet of polos?
his 19 game where he registered 1 assist is a worry, had 11 goals of which 8 were scored in the final fixtures when southampton were out of the running for anything.. hope it works out
£3.4m ???
£34m rising to £36m so becoming more than we spend on the donkey Carroll.
Hope Klopp knows what he is doing.

And he sounds committed to making sure he is the first name on Jurgen Klopp’s teamsheet ahead of Simon Mignolet.
“I wouldn’t make the move, if I thought I was just going to sit on the bench.,” he told the club’s official website.
If mignolet is still the number 1 keeper then we may aswell not bother signing anyone else. He cost us more points than anyone else last season and quite frankly is dog muck.
Everyone's banging on about Moreno and getting a new left back to start ahead of him "which I agree with" but mignolet is in the same boat for me!
On the times I've seen him play, he looks the real deal. It matters not a jot about how much or how little he cost, or which clubs he comes from and how much we've spent on players from that club; full marks to FSG, again, for backing our manager. It's their money. Jurgen wanted him, he got him, let's see what he gets out of him.
My sole concern? is it me, or is there an attitude issue waiting to surface?

Is it an inflated fee or inspired business.
Does he have an inflated ego to match, some issues last season point to that.
But on his day a cracking player
You paid too much but he's a very good player on his day
Think we should re-name Southampton Melwood south..
Sir Robert, as long as he gets us back to Anfield South, and picks up a couple of trophys on the way, I will be happy.

Oh dear !
Perfect signing for Liverpool, skilful, quick, tactically naive and as consistent as the English weather.
Good signing really
