If you don't use it, you lose it! You can't just hoard a type waiver position, it's designed to strengthen the lower teams.

Nah we had Wed and Friday. I know because I didn't get the guys I wanted on either.

To clarify, that means per week. If this week you started as waiver 1, I'm pretty sure that each of the 2 waiver opportunities, you'll be position 1 in both.

Yeah that. But the waivers go through Wed, and then Sat, no? So 2 waivers opportunities per week, at the same waiver position

Clearly not Saturday as I put one in yesterday and am told to wait til Wednesday.

Either Friday morning at 9 then or sat at 9 and maybe you missed it. Dunno then!

The waiver priority only resets once a week (once the standings are posted, after the Monday night game)

All the players who played the previous week are locked on Waivers till Wednesday morning

Players who were dropped but haven't played yet that week are locked on Waivers for one day.

That's it, all of the waiver rules, as far as I am aware.

If you have submitted a claim for a player who is currently on waivers but you are told it won't process until Wednesday then it sounds like you are trying to claim a player who has already played this week (someone from the Thursday night game?) Your current waiver priority will not help you get that player, he won't be allocated until the waiver priority is reset.

That depends what you set your season to be like, but usually no.

Once the draft is over, everything else is exactly the same.

Only other caveat could be something like a free agent auction value, where insteam of waiver priority, you set a blind bid for a waiver, and higher value wins the player, and this depletes your budget as the season goes through...

I like that idea for waivers, would make it very interesting and would determine just how much you want said player.
