What's happened to Darren he used to be quite hostile?
I wish Smith well, I hope he makes it a success at Bournemouth if he agrees to go there. Another LB was on display yesterday, up at Parkhead: Chilwell.
First time I've really seen him, he's very good. I know that the club offered £7M, they wanted £10M, Ranieri has declared that Chilwell is about to sign a new deal, but, you never know. A very accomplished player. The only question I would ask of him is: who is the better, him of Joe Gomez? Joe has travelled to the US of A with the squad, does anyone know what his setback in recovery is?

£6 million for a young squad player who looks 'OK' would seem to be good business
If that frees funds for Chilwell so much the better
If Alberto Moreno was getting in ahead of Brad Smith then JK can't of been overly impressed with him and he's the one who sees him day in day out
What makes you think Chilwell is better?
Chilwell looks like a very good player. I trust JK to make that judgement
If however BS couldn't get into the team last season ahead of AM then JK could not of been so impressed and he's the one who sees then up close in training
Chilwell has played 8 games in a relegation battle for Huddersfield. Not sure how that makes him our number one choice for left back.
Remember when no one knew who he was and Rodgers brought him on as a sub against us for his debut playing out of position with 20 minutes to go while he was losing the match. One of the worst performances I've ever seen against us he was so nervous
