I am expecting Norwich to go well along with Newcastle they have the squad and manager combination that makes them favourites
Wednesday, Villa, Derby would be disappointed not the make playoffs
Teams to break from the pack, could it be time for Leeds, Blackburn or my team Forest to finally put their off field problems behind them and have a decent season???
I've given it 5 stars. Going to be a very competitive league. Interesting who goes down too. Charlton and Bolton were always going down last season and I can't see any really obvious bad sides to follow. Maybe Rotherham now Warnock has gone. Blackburn, forest, Fulham have struggled near the bottom too. Hard to predict at this stage.

Can't see Villa doing better than mid-table. Maybe squeeze into the play offs if they sign some decent players. But I feel their new owner may not have as much access to money as their fans want.
Wolves? Can't see them doing it either. They had a chance of appointing a good new manager and appointed a clown. He will be gone by Xmas.
Newcastle and Brighton have to be favourites for automatic places.
Reading, Cardiff, Wigan... one of them will go down. One of them will finish in the top 3.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wolves haven't got a prayer of going up this season. Going to be a relegation battle for us. Even with three top signings, they will have to integrate with a pile of dopes who just cannot play football to save their lives.
Perhaps if there are five signings this time around and another five in January, Wolves might just go on a mad run for the second half of the season.
But by then we will be on our third manager of the season. Maybe even fourth.
I'm hopeless at predicting, tbh I have no idea who might go up/down. The Championship can be a bit unpredictable and the former PL teams will be strong, but as stated above they didn't get relegated because they are good side, and the point about Burton has merit
Having made the play-offs last season, I will be hoping we do at least make them again. Automatic would be better though
i think you guys will go very close to promotion kitty...a lot will depend on the kind of start you make...think you guys started slowly last season....
So excited to be back at lis level, I can't explain.
We have some absolute cracking footballers, and goals all over the team.we will be playing 4-4-2 and going at teams with attacking full backs.
Yes we will concede, but we're going to be having a go.
Don't for the life of me think we will be one of the 3 teams to be relegated.
Newcastle Norwich and Derby promoted
Rotherham Burton forest relegated
Weds 9th
Dirty Leeds 14th

Yes we did. New owner, new manager, a few new players, it took us a while to get going, but the rest of the season was a massive improvement of the last few years - in fact - I'd go as far as saying the best since the 90's. A good start is essential this season. What's the situation with your owner?

Snapski - great to have you back !! You had an amazing second half to the season last year. Couldn't believe how well you did, week after week and I was cheering you on in the play-off Final. Be great to have our S.Yorks derby back.
Sorry villa to be promoted is delusional no idea how tough this league is I reckon they might be battling relegation personally
The mighty Wolves go up a place to 23rd, level on points with second placed Villa.
Watch it all go downhill by 5pm tomorrow
We'll be joint bottom at 5pm tomorrow.
Hopefully we'll by top/joint top by 6.30 pm Sunday
You will smash Villa. They will not know what has hit them - it is a shock to the system for teams relegated from the Premiership after a long absence from this league.
Sheffield have momentum from last season. So do Villa, but in the opposite direction. The best time to play these sort of clubs is right at the start. By January they tend to find their feet.
Cricket and football from 10:30 until 20'00 - if Carlsberg did Saturdays at work.
Some woman has singlehandedly brought the third test to a grinding halt. Decided to walk through the sightscreen instead of around it
You can tell it's quarter past three on the opening Saturday of the season - Wolves getting played off the park and a goal down.

Ten men. Deserved red card for Bambi on ice.
Wolves seriously need ten new players besides the four signed. We are that bad.
And that's just to stay up.

Never do drugs.
I was at my Mum's nursing home this afternoon. It is literally within a stone's throw of the New York Stadium. We could hear the Wolves fans singing loud and proud before the kickoff. Went a bit quiet at 2-0 down, but got noisy again towards the end when you got a point.
