A lot more urgency tonight.
Shaw on the RW...the 2nd coming of Bale....
I have been saying for ages Shaw will be top class.
We have so much speed in our defence now with Valencia, Smalling, Bailly and Shaw if they are our first X1
Need a faction goal, really want Rooney to score a screamer.
Zlatan a good target for DDG form goal kicks, brings it down so well and links up with others.
0-0 at HT at Old Trafford
0-0 HT
LVG presence still lingering over OT.

Hard to gauge in these friendlies, but we've looked pretty good. Comfortable in possession and winning the ball back quickly. Lingard looks lively. He's got such good movement and I think he will have a big role to play this season. Dare I say it, even Rooney has been more audacious in possession. The Zlatan effect.

Agree. We actually look miles better than we did against Gala on the weekend. Amazing how much we've improved in a few days.
The players at least look to have a little more freedom, moving the ball quicker even if it results in losing possession, and then trying to win it back faster.
The Zlatan effect is definitely working.
But I'm gonna say it's the Mourinho effect as well.
That little bit with him talking to Herrera, it'd be good to have manager mics through the match but for obvious reasons we can't.

for ages = since we spend £30m on him
It deffo does make it seem so much better having a manager on the touchline.
Jones, Rojo, Fellaini, Scheiderlin and Mkhitaryan on...
