I'm not going to give you one star
You're definitely overreacting. We have been poor, but we've still got 5 very useful points. It has certainly highlighted how reliant we are on Dembele, and we certainly need an alternative for him. However, a couple of signings and a win v Stoke and we're looking at a great start.

We'll go back to being mediocre as long as donkey Lamela keeps getting picked AND PLAYS EVERY BLOODY MINUTE. I like Poch but he is so blinkered.
Please please please play our strongest XI - not your bum chum.
Liverpool were more accurate and less sloppy, but what really made the difference was how HOLDING players like Wijnaldum pushed forward.
Also, the poor form of Eriksen isn't helping either. He's supposed to be the playmaker, making the decisions with crisp passing with intelligent play. He looks laboured for some time now. Lamela is a player who can be garbage for 80 minutes and then pull something special when you dont expect it. BUT he can be dire for the whole game aswell.
The two holding midfielders who are not adventuring into more advanced positions is a problem when the attacking players are having an off day.
Harry should be receiving the ball closer to th goal. The space he occupied should have been filled by midfielders or backs.
Oh yeah, FOR THE ALLIANCE!
No need to start panicking at all.
Liverpool are always difficult to play against & I thought until Walker went off we were okay.
Changing the set up did affect us, however I think Liverpool were fortunate for the penalty as it not deliberate in my opinion. However it's the referee's opinion that ultimately counts.
However I do think we were again unlucky not to get a penalty when one of our players was blocked (was it Lamela?) inside the box.
We certainly miss Dembele, and certainly I think Harry be be due a couple of games on the bench after another fairly quiet performance today.
Thought Vorm was excellent today, certainly should shut this fans up who think he is not up to the task.
FFS Chicken give it a rest will you!
You are like a broken record and in all honesty it is getting very boring for everyone on here>

OP
Spurs have not been brilliant, but they have played a couple of difficult sides Everton and Liverpool and also a London Derby, and are still unbeaten. It is already a better start than last season.
On the plus side September is about to start, and Harry comes to life then
I don't agree that alli deserves a bollocking. Ffs, it's only the start of his second season and this one was always going to be more difficult for him as teams will give him more attention. He's still young, raw and learning. Cut him some slack ffs
It`s never easy up against Pool and the referee, we are not at our best and yet dug out a draw against a Pool side that can`t play any better.
We always start slowly, once the window closes I expect us to settle down and performances to pick up.
Chicken
Lamela was involved in both goals today. Can't keep the boy out of the game
Up against most other teams, we would have been given a penalty for that rugby tackle by Matip, would have been playing against 10 men also and probably won easy.
Unfortunately, most referees always give Pool the benefit of doubt with game changing decisions, which made life hard for us today.
Eriksen was poor today again today his passing WA poor and his form has not been what is was in 2014-15 season
However I do think we were again unlucky not to get a penalty when one of our players was blocked (was it Lamela?) inside the box.

we can play much better. We should have won comfortably.
Stop crying about the ref ffs he was hardly overly biased. Most decisions were 50-50. Facking hell I support spurs and am obviously biased but I can still be honest about my team while supporting them. Some of you are so blind, call out those who notice things early, and then if/when things get worse you want to all jump on the bandwagon and boo the team
If you honestly think these 3 games have given a good impression for the season then you are deluded. Also, I like how virtually nobody has countered any of my arguments with the exception of Sir Tottenham of Hotspur. We can agree to disagree there, yes alli is young and I am delighted we have him, but he is extremely overrated

The ref was extremely biased, he gave Liverpool a non penalty, turned down an absolute nailed on Spurs penalty, and should have sent of Mane on at least two occasions. He got three or four key decisions horrendously wrong. In fact the only key decision he got right was the Liverpool offside goal, but that was more down to the linesman giving the correct decision and putting his flag up.
The reason that nobody has countered your arguments is that Spurs have more points after three games than they had last season, and are still unbeaten. Nothing to counter mate. I love the way fans like you moan right from the off every season.
Spurs have made a good solid start, long may it continue.

Didn't quite go how you expected it to, did it Sandy?
The 5 points we have got from our 3 games ain't a bad return bearing in mind the teams we've played.
We looked good in patches today and also sloppy.
Let's not panic
We have 5 points from 3 games and unbeaten.
Last season at the end of August we had played 4 games, lost one and drawn 3 for a total of 3 points.
Seems like we are already doing better and not into 2nd gear yet.
Chill guys
People need to stop listening to the biased media, all the after match reaction today was about Pool and how they were robbed an offside goal and should have won by 3 or 4 etc etc. They even claimed Vertonghen should have given another penalty away when the ball was not even in play .
Post match, not one mention was made about the key game changing decisions that went against Spurs, like conceding a penalty for a trip outside the box, not been given a cast iron penalty and not playing the final 35 minutes against 10 men.
It`s these key decisions that change the dynamic of a game and influence results.
