This is the crossing of the Rubicon. I can't ses us coming back from this situation. The only thing to do is sack Pearson and I can see no positive outcome from doing that.

There's an ancient gaelic proverb that I often find a comfort in time such as these. But I really can't be bothered................
As I said, if we don't beat them convincingly I can see Pearson going.
Regardless of performance and other results I'm sure Mel will have identified a couple of games in each set of upcoming fixtures as key ones, where a result is imperative, this will be one of them.
I'm also fairly sure he'll have been told to avoid the bottom 3 at all costs.
If things stay the same he'll have fallen foul of 2 of those, and even if I'm not sure he should go, I think he will be gone by the morning.
Next 20 or so minutes are vital.
