How Adam can't even get in the squad is beyond me. I'm sorry but bringing on John McGinn, Shaun Maloney etc. just doesn't offer the same as a left peg like Charlie's when we need something special. Guy been an EPL regular for most of his career now.
Perplexing the decisions this management team are making.
I like McGinn and Maloney but Saturday's game was crying out for someone like Adam who could ping a ball from left to right quickly and try something out of the blue.
McCormack is a much better option than flooking Matt Ritchie.
Rhodes over Chris Martin, FFS that should be a no brainer!!

Said it at the time NNH. Not trying to be "I told you so", but it was always going to be a disaster. Strachan had no experience at this level and had just left 'Boro in their worst league position for 20 years. Despite this we got loads of "WGS is the man to get them going" Utter pash.
I stand by what I said then, we need a far bigger name who has been on the international stage. LVG is one option. However, before the doom merchants come out and say it's unrealistic and we can't afford it, we heard this last time and we are now a couple on years on and haven't progressed at all.
We MUST try a different approach. So no Lambert, McLeish, McInness or Wright for me. Go and get an international manager. Ireland did it with Trapatonni and qualified. Funny that.
Of course we can afford LVG. How much mo ey have the SFA missed out on in qualification, endorsements etc for the last 20 years. Thats the cost of failure.
Speculate to accumulate. Pay top dollar for the right man. Get it back and then some by qualifying

Yep and we got it tight for wanting Strachan out. We need a guy with proven experience and a good qual record.
Ive always said id luv to see D!ck Advocaat in the top job. A seriously good manager with a great track re ord. Knows our game and takes no sh!t. Will drop the guff playets and lick performers. Nonoe of this loyalty bollox

Blilic is good for me. Said Advocaat then and would still have him now. LVG too.
Players will respond to working with managers like that. Most of our guys have never had the opportunity and it give prestige to being selected. We do not have that just now.
