In a nutshell GTA Cowboys

Open world sandbox set in an imagined American west in 1911 so right at the end of the frontier days.

No idea why I haven't played it then as it sounds like something I'd enjoy massively.

Is there no way to play it on PS4 or a revamped version for PS4 as I don't have an old console any more?

Looking forward to this I hope they do a zombie version as well.

Unfortunately not yet, I was hoping for a remaster annoucement at the same time as the new game but nothing

I still think there may be a chance of it early-ish next year in order to up the hype for the new one. Rockstar are good at that sort of stuff

I gave my brother my PS3 last year - mainly for blu-ray use as he is not a big gamer - but the day before I did, I spent playing RDR.

He almost never got it

Yup its GTA - Wild West basically... Other than Vice City I think that Red Dead is/was far better than the rest of the GTA's.... The map felt very genuine and really immersive. Story was fantastic and then there was the zombie expansion. I really enjoyed it, the onine side of it was basically the foundations for what you have now on GTA online.

Epic, epic game, loved it, it goes on for ever as well, there were probably about six times during the game when I thought it was over, only for another part of the map to open and it continue

Also, the side missions were interesting, sooo dark at times too, never got tired of finding new and more creative ways to kill someone either.

Alternative (correct) view - glitchy mess with awful characters, little humour, horrendous protagonist and dull gameplay.

Saying it's better than San Andreas is sacrilege and should be punishable by birching.

I've never played it like I said, but I can easily imagine it's better than VC.
