Celtics Championship this year

posted on 15/3/17

Hahahaha no chance at all.

My first NBA match tonight. Wizards vs Mavericks. Can't wait

Why? Fancy someone outside of Cavs/GSW to win it this year, complacency getting the better of them. Celtics are probably the best positioned and IT deserves it along with MVP.

Wizards are going well this year, too inconsistent though same with Atlanta.

Enjoy Duane you'll love it!

Great game at Verizon Centre. Deserved win for Mavericks. Wizards were leading most of the game but Dallas did well to come back. Dirk and Barnes had a good game. Brussino made big difference in the come back. For Wizards Beal and Wall had good games.

Very weird crowd. Quiet until final moments and half empty stadium. The transport system is good though, back to hotel within 25 minutes.

Next up Toronto vs Oklahoma tomorrow. Westbrook show hopefully

Meanwhile Portland beat Spurs. McCollum and Lillard

Toronto was a disappointment. $150 for a ticket compared to $20 in Washington. And then they put in an awful performance.

Isiah Thomas for MVP?

Please

what if celtics get top seed?

They won't though, won't surpass GSW or SAS record.

He doesn't have the stats that Harden/LBJ/Westbrook has. Kawhi & Durant more deserving with their record.

If RWB doesn't win it, NBA is more corrupt than FIFA

I meant in the east .

I'm not saying he should win it, just saying. If they finish first in the east

Tbh though Rev, we differ here a bit. You are more down to individual based performances winning MVP. For me it is a bit more team-based though.

If Westbrook really was the best player in the league this season then his team shouldn't be in 7th.

I guess he is 6th for me, so maybe I am being a bit harsh. Think its the fact that a small guy is doing so well is what makes it more impressive than anything.

Actually so f***ing annoying about LMA if he is out though. Genuinely the difference between a ring or not.

Think you'll find that's LBJ

Devin Booker 70 points . Another triple double by the legend Westbrook .

Cavaliers are on struggling for consistency. Need to sort this out ASAP. Spurs away next for them. Should be a good match

Cleavs against Pacers first play off. Love the intensity shown post regular season. Also disappointing the wait for MVP is after season finishes, lets hope its Westbrook!

If Westbrook wins MVP that is ridiculous, been nowhere near as good as Thomas or Harden

posted on 17/4/17

Westbrook's season was extremely good, MVP winning standard. But last night he got out done by Harden, who's such a smooth operator. A bit like Iniesta

Westbrook been MVP this year. Playing with no help

2-0 for Spurs and for Cavs. Comfortable ties really for both teams. Celtics need to win the second game or they are in huge trouble.

Looky, looky, looky (not aimed at Nick); I know some of you have followed basketball for like 2 weeks and think you know your stuff.

Yet IT over Westbrook, are you for real!?!?

I am not a fan of MVP winners with poor Win records; but Westbrook has put up a record breaking season that we may never see the likes of again. Most TD's in one season., averaging a TD, he has been unreal.

Yeah Harden has been good again, and his defending has improved, but that is from about 2/10 to a 4/10. If you are going down the Harden route then Kawhi deserves it ahead of him, shut down everyone he has played against whilst average 26-6-4 while shooting 48.5%.

Fair play to IT. Probably MVP of the East (unless you are like me and think Lebron deserves it every year) and what he done the other night after his sister's tragedy was nothing sort of special.

There should be two contenders this year, Harden and Westbrook. And I'm going for Westbrook, although his record is worse, his team is ALOT worse.

Edin, if Kawhi had more help with this spurs team(unless parker decides to start a throwback)than spurs would be a serious issue for GSW, u see what CJ and Lillard done the other night to em?
