As chronic says, one lucky season doesn't make up for the countless seasons you've been well below our standard, so I don't see the sense in you trying to pretend otherwise

I have seen Spurs win the top division, so hardly fighting a battle I cannot win. Added to the six FA Cups, three European trophies, four league cups I have also seen Spurs win.

Now how many trophies other than last seasons fluke have you seen. I doubt any. Your not very good at this are you?

I completely agree with your illustrious HISTORY as a club, and that it is something we at LCFC aspire to.
Will you now take this opportunity to agree that Liverpool are a big club due to their HISTORY as that seems to be how you gauge things.

To the neutral Liverpool will always be seen as the bigger club as they were the dominant force when most of us were growing up, whereas to you Accrington Stanley, Blyth Spartans and Royal Engineers must be big clubs as they were around when you were a whinging sprog.

At the end of the day Spurs can treat us an irrelevance, embarrassment etc whatever they want to call us, but in the cold light of day we have the PL trophy and they just have REGRET.

In a combined XI from the two teams I'd also say Leicester would edge it.

Drinkwater is a very good player, no Leicester bias involved and would get in most teams midfield in the league.

that was last season. are we talking currently? "drinky" looks like a carthorse without Kante making up for his shortcomings

that's why you haven't done much this season, your midfield cannot control games. to suggest drinkwater, who is a decent enough player, is better than either wanyama or dembele, is simply ridiculous
