I think we saw the best of Payet last year. I doubt we'll see him perform at that level again. Mahrez is as good as Hazard but needs to move to a better team to fully display his talents.

I think it's safe to say that articles usually evolve from the main subject. Fans usually put forward one of their own players to widen the discussion. I don't think anyone is seriously suggesting that Coutinho is as good as Aguerro. He's way out on his own IMO, not even Sanchez is near him in terms of consistency.
Sanchez isn't that more consistent than Coutinho, he's just played further forward so gets more goals.
I've no problem with you thinking Coutinho isn't world class, I don't either yet. But when your opening comment on the subject is 'Coutinho', how can you expect to be taken seriously?
I don't reckon Coutinho's world class and I'm glad he isn't. Our team is build around a group of players and not focussed on one world class star. If we do well this season, and hope to challenge for the title, it'll be because any one of the front 4/5 chip in with goals and assists.

No he wasn't. It was only until his final season at Liverpool did everyone acknowledge he was a truly world class player. Go back and read some of the older Suarez threads. The general opinion among rival fans was that our supporters were over-rating him.

Coutinho would improve alot in a better Team and bigger premier league club. Would love him at Chelsea. I think we could really improve him and help take the pressure off from him being a big fish in a small pond to being where his talent would obviously match our ambition.

If the article had been who has been the best player in the prem this season you'd have a case. But like others have said he blows hot and cold a lot and I won't be mentioning him among names like Aguero, Sanchez, Silva until he becomes more consistent.
