Any Spurs fan expecting anything out of this game will be disappointed. The team can't get themselves up for playing in front of 85k fans. No one in that team is currently capable of winning that game for us.

Perhaps, in a weird way, losing may mean we get the "undefeated in the league" monkey off our back.

Fantastic ball in from VDV, glancing header from Kaboul, pandemonium in the stands. Wenger losing a fight with the water bottle. Perfect

Remember this so clearly

Great article Lane and much needed today.

I'm starting to wonder if this is bothering/hindering us (even though we lost last night).

Well written - enjoyable read (even for an Arsenal fan). It al points to a Gooner victory on Sunday for me.

For several reasons:

-Home advantage
-Arsenal in great form and scoring loads
-Spurs in poor form and not scoring or creating chances
-Toby and Kane out - and even if Kane plays he won't be match fit

Looking forward to it and predict Arsenal 2 Spurs 0 with goals by Sanchez and your nemesis Walcott

Agree with all that and Walcott is bound to score.

Hmmm I'm not so sure about this one. Reminds me of the Old Trafford game last season where we were favourites considering the form of the 2 teams yet we got destroyed by an 18 year old rashford.

Wouldn't be surprised if Spurs come out with a different mentality to the one we've seen over the last 4 or 5 weeks and beat us 2-0 with 2 Jansenn goals

The big difference to this season and earlier seasons when we've shown promising early form and then imploded is that we are playing a different style.

We are playing without a recognised striker and have 3 No 10s (Ozil, Sanchez and Theo) who are able to attack from midfield through quick one twos. These 3 are ably supported by the equally as nippy Bellerin on the right and Iwobi on the left.

All very fluid and fast which means teams are unable to play a high line.

Your best bet is to defend deep and pack midfield and then try and break quickly when we lose the ball. However, without the cumbersome Mertesacker our defenders are usually able to track back..

According to Wenger's pre match spiel he is likely to play.

However, he'll no doubt trip over his wallet tomorrow whilst shopping with his missus in Bluewater for a gold plated Jacuzzi and be out until next April.

If Walcott doesn't play we'll either have Ramsey or Ox-Chambo on the right

I expect a tight game as they have been of late

No other fixture I would prefer right now, with the form we are in, as odd as that sounds

Wouldn't agree with the analysis any of your players was outstanding that day. It was a very strange match: went 2-0 up, had a hatful of chances to stretch the lead, then Fabregas decided to make it interesting with a moment of madness. Couldn't believe the Kaboul winner. You pretty much buried all your chances that day.

Think Saturday will be a draw as most of our recent contests. We've struggled against your athleticism and physical edge in recent matches between us and we've been unable to impose our game as we used to.

What time you online for a rematch on fifa. The game is glitched, should be 3-3.

Sad when a Spurs supporter has to mention a particular victory over Arsenal, I remember when they were so commonplace they weren't worth mentioning.
